I AM SHOL

Am I crazy for going back to school? For still thinking they are worth something? Am I crazy for thinking that they actually still play a vital role in certain career paths? I just feel like when you truly care about getting things done, or building a vision, you want to know every little detail that will go behind the work that you do. I don’t know why, but I just believe this to the core and will not give that up. If I were building a company, yes I can train people onsite, but I would also want people to have a degree so they truly understand the mentality behind WHY it is needed and why it truly is an investment in one’s intelligence and pursuit of PERSONAL success. I am crazy, right?
