I AM SHOL

I felt like a wreck today, I don’t know where my head is at. I felt like quitting work on the spot. There’s emotions that I just can’t fully express or even understand. I just know how I feel and how I have to act going forward. This isn’t an easy adjustment, but a much needed push to where I feel I should be going. The motivation I needed I guess.
