I AM SHOL

Forget impressing your managers. They don’t see the value in you like they say they do. It’s very interesting how many jobs I’ve had to jump through just to find this out. I don’t have the mental capacity as I used to in my youth to deal with this shit. The problem is that we are led to believe them, thinking they are looking out for us, when reality is they’re just trying to cover their image with our great work ethic and personalities. There are great leaders out there, but seems to be a far stretch to meet those at this current time. We’ll see where the future leads.
