I AM SHOL

Oddly enough, my girlfriend and I are in the process of buying a home and I gotta say… the intense greediness that these sellers have on homes is INSANE. They’re asking for so much and only renovate the inside of the home… like what??? Thats so crazy to me. I don’t believe it at all. Is the inside the only important thing of a home now? I thought landscaping and exteriors also played a big part?? What am I missing??? What is the school of architecture not telling me??? Lmaoooo
