I AM SHOL

I definitely feel like I was meant to be a father figure lol. The amount of people who come to me and let me know how terrible their managers are at past jobs I’ve had is so insane. I don’t love that they can’t enjoy the job or the brand because some dumb fuck manager is ego driven by their position. It completely diminishes the whole idea of what luxury is at the store level and I don’t agree. How hard is it to be a good manager? I know there’s some flaws and disagreements, but I don’t think you need to be a micromanaging bozo and control freak to get people to be productive and do the work that they were hired to do to begin with. It really pisses me off because I care about all the people I’ve worked with in the past. Their work ethic and goals are all great and I don’t know why they get treated the way they do just because the manager is entitled and thinks they’re god for being a regular employee as well. Fucking shit bags.
