I AM SHOL

Why is it so hard for me to face conflicting matters? It’s very annoying. I know it’s deeper and comes from never dealing with conflict as a child, but man this really sucks as an adult. I’m trying to find the right way to put in my 2 week notice without feeling guilt. I don’t know why since this is my life and I can do what I want. I just feel like I have to ask to permission or some bullshit.
