I AM SHOL

Slow day at work today means posting time. I can’t believe they’re “coaching” our managers. It’s kind of weird. They’re listening into their conversations on how they “coach” us. You know how diabolical it is to listen in on managers conversations with other associates? Lol the micromanagement is coming onto another level imo. It’s actually very uncomfortable. I walked into a manager speaking with an associate just to have another manager stand their and listen to their conversation. WOAH. Talk about awkward. Guess the workforce will really feel like prison now.
