I AM SHOL

I really struggle with what some job interviews request of me, but also just other people in general. So you’re telling me… I HAVE to produce x amount of dollars for a company that I do not own? I HAVE to abide by these made up rules, for what? I know that sounds crazy and lazy, but have you ever really sat there and thought about something? Like really dissect what someone or something is asking of you? Way too demanding and stressful for something you have no ownership over. Idk I’m very big on ownership and if I don’t own something why am I going to worry about it? Watch me just never get hired anywhere for this mentality but maybe I’m meant to build my own world.
