I AM SHOL

When do I know to step away from a job that just isn’t fulfilling anymore? How do I change industries? How the hell do I take what I know and apply it somewhere else? I think about these questions a lot. I want to stay at my current job. The money is well, the job can be a bit fun sometimes, but my thing is that it’s getting old and unmanageable. Also, the management can be a little… well we all know, micro managers. I also just don’t like being told to do the same repetitive task over and over when I already know the goal we need to meet. It’s like hammering a nail that’s already hammered in it’s place. You’re eventually going to break whatever you continue to hammer. I just think there’s a lot of things that can be done differently. Maybe that’s why I want to build my own company with my own rules. That’s the only way I’ll ever get what I want. So… what field do I even go from here? I’ll figure it out.
